It was a beautiful 75-degree April day in 2009. The snow was beginning to melt after an entire winter of brutal temperatures and record accumulation.
Dominick and Charles surveyed the surrounding area from the rooftop of the establishment when the idea hit them – build an enormous outdoor rooftop bar and deck so patrons could enjoy the outdoors at the same time as enjoying their visit at Sam Buca’s.
The idea was tremendous success and now the Rooftop at Sam Buca’s has become the outdoor summer destination for dining under the stars or enjoying an afternoon lunch in the sun.
The Rooftop at Sam Buca’s typically opens in May and stays open through October (weather permitting).
